What do these two paintings have in common? Well, they are both about people having some sort of meal. In both pictures, people are outside picnicking. It looks like the weather is great. These paintings are different, too. We can see children in one of them. I think it's some child's birthday, and they are having cakes and fruit for treats. But in the other picture we can see adults, and the man is fishing while one of the women is looking at the water. They have finished their picnic, and the other woman is reading a book. Or, maybe, they are waiting for the man to catch some fish and have a barbecue.
